Bankruptcy - it's when there are not enough money for everyone and debts of a bankrupt are considered to be reset irrespective the fact of real payoff. Bankruptcy - it's when debtor's officials are being discharged from administration partially or in full. It's when the Receiver is being assigned. For bankrupt bankruptcy is the legitimate way to annul all depts. Otherwise there can be not enough assets to pay all indebtedness. Then all obligations will be terminated by court decision irrespective of Creditors claims satisfaction. Take advantage of this provision in your negotiations with Creditor.
